The purpose of this website is to provide accessible and current data specific to San Juan County for community leaders, agencies and organizations, and community members. This project grew out of San Juan County Partnership's Strategic Prevention Framework Partnerships for Success (SPF PFS), a grant from Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). Additional funding in support of the project was provided by San Juan County.
